Dry Cleaning

Your choice in clothing says a lot about you. Well, so does your Dry Cleaner. You should only trust your clothes to an expert who understands how to make you look your very best in every outfit from elegant to casual and everything in between. Here at Alexanders, we start by hand inspecting every garment. Stains are best removed before the cleaning process before they can be set. We clean your garment according to color and fabric using fresh solvent and the appropriate concentration of detergent and sizing. We then hand finish and press every garment to look and feel its best. Before your clothes are returned to you each pieces inspected to insure its quality meets our standards.

Shirt Laundry

Our shirt laundering process helps us insure that your dress shirts will always look and feel brand new. The soaps we use are enzyme based which makes your white shirts whiter and your prints more vibrant. We use the finest finishing equipment to give your shirts that custom look. In the end your dress shirts will look like a picture with all removable stain gone and all buttons intact.

Household Items

Drapes, quilts, comforters, and blankets can be difficult to keep clean. When you bring these items to us we make it easy for you. We will clean and package your household items in easy carry bags for your convenience.

Alterations and Repairs

Our seamstress has more than 25 years of experience and can do most anything with a needle and thread. From the simplest repair to the most extreme alteration, rest assured we can handle it. If your pants need to be shortened or lengthened, sleeves need adjusting or a complete makeover of your suit or dress we can handle it. Is your favorite tie too wide? Are the lapels on your jacket peaked? Don’t store it away in the back of the closet. Bring that garment to us, and we can make that favorite tie narrow and stylish or we can bring that sport jacket back in style by making the lapels narrow and up to date. Our seamstress is on site Mondays at 10am to take measurements. For any special work you might need done, she will be glad to make an appointment throughout the week.
